Correct-Tick Endurance has been developed
as a cost effective replacement for light weight healthcare,
dormitory and other institutional pillow ticking.
Correct-Tick Endurance is high strength reusable pillow
ticking. It may also be used for positioning pillows
as well as an inexpensive mattress covering. This
product combines a 1.9 ounce per square yard knit
polyester substraight with an extruded vinyl surface.
The combination of materials along with the extrusion
process for applying PVC results in an incredibly
cost effective alternative to current institutional
pillow tickings. Correct-Tick Endurance changes disposable
or semi-reusable healthcare pillows to a totally reusable
pillow. Endurance is puncture resistant, antimicrobial,
moisture resistant, and FR while remaining noiseless.
This product is available microvented for air permeability
and moisture resistance or non-vented and moisture
proof.

USE AND CLEANING:
70 Denier and 210 Denier nylons that contain solvent
based urethane coatings have been in use on health
care mattresses and pillows for the past 10 years
and have proven not to crack in use. They may
be used with the coating on surface or reverse
and may be cleaned with mild soap and water.
MAINTENANCE:
Disinfection is inherent due to anti-microbial
system in the P.U. surface or back coating. Cleaning
with mild soap and water is all that is necessary.

in durable fire retardant finish which
will withstand 25 launderings and maintain
it's FR. This will meet Federal Specifications
CCC-C-436 E Type II Class 2.

can also meet any specific requirements
or test method from NFPA701, MVSS302,
CAL 117 or as simple as Class B cigarette

TUBULAR BARRIER KNIT (Fire Sock)
Our BK 3785 Tubular
Fire Barrier fabric is a knitted fire barrier for use in mattresses,
upholstered furniture and other foam and thermoplastic based
products. Composites of these materials using the BK 3785 Fire
Barrier fabric as a passive barrier have complied with standards
such as California Technical Bulletin #121, 129, 133, 603 and
BFD 1X-11. However, it it the sole responsibility of the manufacturer
of the final composite to conduct testing and ascertain whether
their composite product complies with the standard.
The use of BK 3785 Fire Barrier fabric in and of itself does
not imply compliance with any full-scale fire tests. We strongly
urge the use of California #17 foam and the use of FR face fabrics.
We recommend closing tubular or flat knit fabric using metal
staples, or that the end be sewn with SpunGold, fiberglass,
or Kevlar thread. (SpunGold is a registered trademark
